Brushing and flossing teeth is also a snap; again, you just take out the trays.

Retainers and Devices
A retainer is an appliance your orthodontist gives you to wear after your braces are removed, or (in the case of Invisalign®), after the full course of treatment is complete and you have discarded the last of your sets of invisible trays.
A retainer holds your teeth in the correct position, so they cannot back-slide. Usually designed to be worn at night, a retainer will ensure that your teeth don’t move. This gives your jawbones a chance to harden around your teeth in their new positions.
